My work focused on simplifying complex financial journeys and increasing user trust through clear interaction design and accessible UX.

At Kargo, a logistics startup backed by Sequoia, I designed tools that empowered trucking businesses across Indonesia. My work included mobile and web platforms for fleet owners, drivers, and internal ops teams.

I worked closely with PMs and engineers to deliver key features such as real-time tracking, delivery order management, and fleet performance dashboards. Enabling Kargo to scale operations and onboard partners faster.

As part of UNICEF's innovation unit, I worked on digital initiatives to support child rights and social impact in Indonesia. My role combined research, prototyping, and stakeholder engagement with government and NGOs.
